Weird connection issue - help needed

Zivanov:

As I've mentioned before, great work on this software!

I have a perplexing issue with a setup I have.  I have a VM running locally on my network that has Windows 2003, PHP, and MySQL installed.  Using a VPN, it connects to a CRM on another network fine.  I can call the web service, and do everything I need to.  Works beautifully.

When I move the code behind that firewall and on the same network, it stops working, using the same exact settings.  I've tried opening ports and everything I can think of to get it to work.  Even if I go directly to the CRM WSDL login and use the same credentials from that machine that the code is running on, I can login and see the XML.

I have verified cURL and LDAP are installed.  I also went through phpinfo() on both servers to compare, and they're setup the same.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

- UPDATE -

In the cached file, I see lines like the following:

  • XML error parsing WSDL from https://blah.com/MSCrmServices/2007/CrmServiceWsdl.aspx on line 53: Mismatched tag
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:56.835420 soap_transport_http: Authorization header not set for ntlm
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:56.843185 soap_transport_http: setCurlOption option=10005, value=
    string(22) "username:password"
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:56.843784 soap_transport_http: set cURL for NTLM authentication
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:57.403541 wsdl: got WSDL URL
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:57.404483 wsdl: Parse WSDL
  • 2011-04-13 08:21:57.406661 wsdl: XML error parsing WSDL from https://blah.com/MSCrmServices/2007/CrmServiceWsdl.aspx on line 53: Mismatched tag

It seems to me the mismatched tag is displaying because the username/password HTML appears below this in the cache file.  So this all boils down to an auth problem that I can't figure out.

ANY help would be appreciated!

Hello,

This is more an authentication problem on the nusoap level. Maybe you can try on their forums to see if somebody had this same issue.

Cheers,
